55yr old female with stomach pain from 2 days presented to general medicine department

A 55yr old female from gundrampally, Nalgonda is a worker. 
CHIEF COMPLAINT: Stomach pain from 2                                      days.

HOPI: The patient presented with unilateral left sided burning type of pain which was constant and non- radiating. Pain aggrevated on sleeping and relieved on taking food associated with  no fever, no cold, no cough, no chest pain, no nausea, normal urine output and no burning micturation.

PAST HISTORY: She compalined of same type of pain 4yrs back and she went to RMP. She was treated with saline because of which pain was relieved. She is not a known case of HTN, DM, Tb and asthma.

PERSONAL HISTORY: Non-alcoholic, no smoking, menopause: 45 yrs.

FAMILY HISTORY: No Family History.

GENERAL EXAMINATION: No pallor, no icterus ,No cyansis, No Lymphadenopathy, no clubbing, No edema.

DIAGNOSIS: Dyspepsia
