54yr old female presented with head injury before 6yrs to general medicine department

A 54yr old female, a farmer ,from nalgonda presented with a complaint of head injury
6yrs back .

CHIEF COMPLAINT: Headache from 3yrs  

HOPI : The patient presented with sudden onset of intermittent symptoms of headache , nausea , and also bulky sputum (which was in ratio of white:yellow) and even sweating which was not so frequent. But these symptoms are increased in frequency now and repeated for every 15 days. She also complained of generalised  nervous weakness and pains all over the body which was of dragging type and edema of legs. The pains aggrevated on work and there were no relieving factors associated with no cough, no cold, no fever, no burning micturation.

PAST HISTORY: The patient had a head injury while handling a buffallo 6 yrs back and she took treatment in a local hospital and was given some unknown medication  which relieved her pain. She was asymptomatic for last 3 yrs and she started sudden intermittent symptoms of headache and nausea which increased in symptoms for past three months. So,she presented here.She was not a known case of HTN, DM and Tb.

PERSONAL HISTORY: non-alcoholic, no smoking.
Menopause- 12 yrs back at age of 42 yrs, because of surgical removal of uterus, because of cyst below the uterus.

FAMILY HISTORY: No family history.
GENERAL EXAMINATION: No icterus , no pallor,no lymphadenopathy, no clubbing, no cyanosis , bilateral pedal edema (non- pitting type) is present.

Diagnosis: Headache secondary to head injury.
