HOPI: The patient presented with unilateral left sided burning type of pain which was constant and non- radiating. CHIEF COMPLAINT: Headache from 3yrs   HOPI : The patient presented with sudden onset of intermittent symptoms of headache , nausea , and also bulky sputum (which was in ratio of white:yellow) and even sweating which was not so frequent.
